Lower School Assistant

We are currently looking for a full-time assistant to join our Lower School team, starting January 2022!

Abintra's campus is located on 11 wooded acres in West Nashville. The school serves children from the ages 3-14. We are currently looking for an assistant in our Lower School Program. The Lower School Assistant will support our Lead Guides in caring for our 3 to 6 year-old students each day. The main role will be to assist the Montessori guide in providing a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where self-direction is enhanced, independence encouraged, and individuality respected.

 

The position is full-time; Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm.

A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old. We encourage that you also have at least one or two years of experience working with children 3 - 6 y.o.
